How a repair works

Register the fault
Fill in the online form or give us a call. Tell us the model and what happened — we’ll immediately assess whether a repair makes sense.

Bring it in — or we pick up
Bring your device to our workshop, or arrange a pickup — we’ll arrive at the agreed time in Vilnius and Panevėžys.

Diagnostics and price
We identify the fault and agree the final price before starting any work. No surprises on the invoice.

Back in your hands, working
We repair, test and return it to you. All work is covered by a warranty.
Live in Vilnius? We’ll come to you.
Our technician drives to Vilnius at an agreed time. We collect the TV straight from your home, repair it at our Panevėžys workshop and bring it back — usually within a week.

Three decades at the repair bench
UAB ETA is one of the longest-operating specialized TV repair shops in Northern Lithuania, founded more than 30 years ago. Technology has changed completely in that time — and we’ve always kept up: constantly learning, upgrading our equipment, and today repairing the latest LED, QLED and OLED screens.
We work simply: honest diagnostics first, a clear price second, and only then the repair. If a device isn’t worth fixing, we say so — which is why customers come back and send their friends.

How much does a repair cost?
We agree the price after diagnostics, before any work starts. Nothing is repaired without your approval.
Is it worth repairing, or should I buy a new one?
We tell you honestly. If a repair is not worth it, we say so and return the device.
How long does a repair take?
We give you the timeline after diagnostics — it depends on the fault and on parts availability.

Do you give a warranty?

Can you collect the device from my home?
Bringing it to the workshop is simplest, but if that is inconvenient we can arrange a pickup in in Vilnius and Panevėžys.
